Electrical Apprentice 2/3 – Commercial Solar
Oahu, Hawaii | Full-time | $25–$45/hr

A renewable energy construction team is seeking experienced Electrical Apprentices 2/3 to support commercial solar PV installations across Oahu. This is a great opportunity for trade-experienced candidates who want to grow their career in the solar industry and work on active commercial projects.

You’ll support electricians and the site superintendent with conduit bending, wire pulling, junction boxes, equipment installation, and other field tasks. You’ll also assist the mechanical team with module and optimizer installation where needed.

What you’ll do

• Read plans and support commercial solar electrical installation work.

• Bend metal and PVC conduit, set junction boxes, pull wire, and install equipment.

• Assist with module installation and optimizer output circuits.

• Work safely, follow directions, and help keep projects moving.

• Travel to outer-island jobs a few times per quarter.

What we’re looking for

• Trade-related experience.

• Basic tools, including impact driver, drill, sockets, screwdrivers, levels, and wire strippers.

• Valid driver’s licence.

• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a can-do attitude.

• Ability to follow safety rules and work well in a team.
