Project Manager – Utility-Scale Solar EPC

We're supporting a growing Renewable Energy EPC contractor in their search for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of utility-scale Solar PV projects across Texas.

This role is ideal for someone with a proven background managing EPC projects within the ERCOT market, leading multidisciplinary teams from Notice to Proceed through commissioning while maintaining safety, quality, schedule and budget.

What You'll Do

• Lead the delivery of utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects across ERCOT.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks and overall project performance.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and commercial issues.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and customers.
• Travel to project sites across Texas as required.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years' Project Management experience within a Renewable Energy EPC contractor.
• Demonstrable success delivering utility-scale Solar PV projects in ERCOT.
• Strong understanding of EPC project execution, commercial management and construction delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors, project schedules and project financials.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• PMP certification is advantageous.
