Permanent Recruitment

Partner with us on an exclusive basis, identifying candidates with specialist skills or expertise. By working with us on a sole agency basis, we can dedicate the necessary time and resources required to target high-calibre, in-demand candidates who may not be actively seeking new opportunities.

Alternatively, our retained search and selection services may offer a better fit for your needs. We use our extensive networks and dedicated in-house research team to systematically ‘map’ the market and source from our clients’ key competitors. We have a 100% success rate on all our retained appointments.

Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)

Recruitment projects are structured talent acquisition solutions where a significant volume of hires (10 + positions) is required within a defined timeframe. Our solution delivers multiple hires on a project basis and offers value through economies of scale, driving down the cost per hire.

We are also experienced in designing and running bespoke graduate assessment centres for clients who want to identify their future leaders. Assessment Centres are a great way for employers to test various competencies from an array of candidates. This often includes a combination of tasks and activities that test candidates’ suitability for the job, including case studies, group discussions, presentations, psychometric tests and written tests.
