Your Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Land Administrator / Paralegal to play a key role in supporting renewable energy project development activities across the United States. Working closely with the Legal and Land teams, you will manage landowner records, support land acquisition activities, coordinate stakeholder communications, and maintain critical project documentation. The position offers broad exposure to renewable energy development and provides the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful advancement of utility-scale projects.

Position: Land Administrator / Paralegal

Your Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented Land Administrator / Paralegal to play a key role in supporting renewable energy project development activities across the United States. Working closely with the Legal and Land teams, you will manage landowner records, support land acquisition activities, coordinate stakeholder communications, and maintain critical project documentation. The position offers broad exposure to renewable energy development and provides the opportunity to contribute directly to the successful advancement of utility-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct property ownership research and verify ownership records and contact information prior to landowner engagement
- Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of project tracking systems and ownership databases
- Support third-party land acquisition consultants by populating and managing project tracking information
- Coordinate and distribute landowner outreach materials, including mailers, letters, and project communications
- Follow up with landowners through phone outreach and schedule meetings with Land Team representatives
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for Land Team members
- Communicate schedule updates and changes between landowners and internal teams
- Maintain and track leases, agreements, and legal documentation under the supervision of the Legal team
- Provide administrative and project support to the Land Team as required
- Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Real Estate, Legal Studies, or a related discipline
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate law, title work, property records, or a related field
- Experience working with title insurance, real estate transactions, property records, or land administration activities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with external stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with landowner outreach, stakeholder engagement, or sales-related communications is advantageous
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
