Project Engineer – Solar & BESS | Honolulu, HI

A renewable energy developer is hiring a Project Engineer to lead solar PV and battery storage projects in Hawaii. This role requires strong Electrical Engineering knowledge to oversee and review designs, coordinate with engineering teams, and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of project delivery experience (solar or BESS preferred), strong project management skills, and familiarity with permitting, utility interconnection, and commissioning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (or wider engineering degree).

• 2+ years in solar/BESS project delivery.

• 4+ years in project delivery

• U.S. citizen or green card holder required.

• Willingness to relocate to Honolulu, Hawaii.

Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 + bonus and benefits.
