We’re looking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of high-performance data center, industrial, and energy projects. This role is ideal for someone ready to level up their project management career while working on technically demanding, cross-trade builds.

We’re looking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support delivery of high-performance data center, industrial, and energy projects. This role is ideal for someone ready to level up their project management career while working on technically demanding, cross-trade builds.
What You’ll Do:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and budget tracking
- Oversee subcontractor coordination and field execution across multiple trades
- Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Travel regularly to job sites (approx. 50% travel) to ensure on-time, on-budget progress
- Collaborate with teams and clients to maintain transparency, safety, and quality
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5 years in Project Management or Project Engineering
- At least 2 years of data center or mission-critical project experience
- Consistent job tenure and exposure to multiple trades and building systems
- Skilled in project tools like Procore, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Strong communicator and team collaborator
- Above Market pay performance bonuses
