Renewable Energy Senior Design Engineer

Join a progressive clean energy engineering firm that’s driving distributed generation projects across the Midwest. This is a hands-on Senior Design Engineer role working on C&I and community-scale Solar BESS projects, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.

What you’ll do:

• Design and review drawings and site layouts for solar and BESS projects
  
  
• Support QA/QC and coordinate closely with PMs, developers, and field teams
  
  
• Use tools like AutoCAD, PVcase, and PVsyst to optimize system performance

You’ll bring:

• An engineering degree and experience with solar PV design (ground mount)

Package: $100K – $130K 10% bonus, strong PTO, and long-term retention incentives.

Location: Remote role but based ideally from Wisconsin or midwest
