  • Support proposal development, scoping, and lead management
  • Communicate insights in a way that clearly connects analysis to commercial outcomes

Market Insight & Knowledge Development
  • Build deep expertise in power market dynamics and asset valuation
  • Contribute to internal thought leadership, including market scenarios and value narratives

  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Play an active role in strengthening team culture and collaboration

What We’re Looking For
Core Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of power markets, commercial drivers, and asset valuation
  • Advanced analytical capability, with experience using complex models and frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, balancing quality, timelines, and stakeholder expectations
  • Experience engaging with clients and presenting to senior stakeholders

Commercial Mindset
  • Able to explain not just what the analysis shows, but why it matters
  • Comfortable contributing to proposals, scoping, and client discussions
  • Brings a “trusted advisor” approach rather than a traditional sales mindset

Ways of Working
  • Takes ownership and delivers with impact
  • Demonstrates curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Communicates clearly and collaborates effectively across teams
  • Thinks strategically and anticipates challenges
  • Supports and uplifts others through positive leadership
