Join a dynamic and collaborative boutique team advancing Hawaii's clean energy goals through battery storage and hybrid systems. You'll handle end-to-end commissioning for commercial BESS installations: test plans, controls integration (Modbus/SCADA), troubleshooting and handover.

Join a dynamic and collaborative boutique team advancing Hawaii's clean energy goals through battery storage and hybrid systems. You'll handle end-to-end commissioning for commercial BESS installations: test plans, controls integration (Modbus/SCADA), troubleshooting and handover.
What You'll Do
- Execute pre-functional/functional/performance tests on BESS, inverters, relays.
- Troubleshoot power/controls/network issues; manage NCRs/punch lists.
- Coordinate utilities/OEMs; document and train O&M teams.
- Ensure NEC/NFPA/UL compliance with hands-on safety leadership.
- BS Electrical Engineering and 3 yrs BESS/inverter field experience.
- Test gear proficiency; Modbus expertise; OSHA/NFPA 70E; travel-ready.
- Bonus: PV/utility interconnect, NETA/SEL certs.
