Growing up by the beach on the Isle of Wight, I developed a passion for anything active and outdoors. My happy place is being by the water, or off the beaten track surrounded by nature. In my spare time, you will find me (or not, depending on how adventurous I am feeling!) hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, paddleboarding, surfing, skateboarding, and exploring the beauty that our planet has to offer.

Before joining Climate17, I had a successful 15-year career in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer, working in many gyms across the South, training professional athletes, celebrities, and the general public. Towards the end of my fitness career, I helped clubs design their gyms, recruit teams, train staff and run their operations successfully.

My recruitment journey started off in aerospace and defence engineering. I joined Climate17 in 2020, where I now focus on the growth of the UK renewable energy industry. What drew me to the team here was the genuine commitment and drive to recruit in a knowledgeable, passionate and effective way.

The work I do here allows me to focus on my passion for helping others achieve their goals whilst using my ability to build lasting relationships. I feel a great sense of purpose and achievement from working with my clients to fulfil their needs, grow and develop their teams, and push forwards in tackling the challenges of carbon reduction and climate change. Thus, allowing me to continue to enjoy our beautiful planet and be in my happy place.
