We’re seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead daily field operations for mission-critical, industrial, and energy-sector projects across the U.S. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who values precision, teamwork, and problem-solving in technically challenging environments.
Your Impact:
- Coordinate and manage construction activities from start to closeout
- Oversee subcontractors and site safety programs
- Develop and execute MOPs/SOPs for live critical systems
- Ensure delivery of on-time, on-budget, high-quality projects
- 5 years of site leadership in data center, power generation, oil & gas, or industrial projects
- Technical knowledge of critical systems and construction sequencing
- Strong communication and field coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience
- Willingness to travel weekly (home weekends)
