A growing international energy business is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support compliance across its U.S. operating portfolio. The role focuses on federal, state, local, and reliability obligations, with particular emphasis on NERC, ERCOT, CAISO, and related regional requirements.
The position is responsible for keeping operational assets compliant, coordinating filings and audits, and working with internal teams and outside specialists to ensure regulatory deadlines are met.

A growing international energy business is hiring a Regulatory Compliance Manager to support compliance across its U.S. operating portfolio. The role focuses on federal, state, local, and reliability obligations, with particular emphasis on NERC, ERCOT, CAISO, and related regional requirements.
The position is responsible for keeping operational assets compliant, coordinating filings and audits, and working with internal teams and outside specialists to ensure regulatory deadlines are met.
Core Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for NERC and ERCOT compliance across operating assets.
- Manage registration and compliance activities, including procedures, audits, reporting, and evidence tracking.
- Handle ERCOT-related registrations and filings through Texas RE and PUCT, including EOP, PGC, and REC requirements.
- Ensure ongoing federal and state compliance, including EIA reporting, PUC registrations, REC obligations, and emergency planning drills.
- Coordinate third-party specialists for technical compliance matters, including BESS-related fire marshal requirements.
- Support utility coordination for auxiliary power arrangements
- Maintain ISO/RTO readiness through RARF updates, market notice responses, and seasonal preparedness declarations.
- Bachelors degree.
- At least 4 years of compliance experience in the U.S. energy sector.
- Direct exposure to NERC, ERCOT, and CAISO requirements.
- Strong project management ability in a fast-moving environment.
- Good coordination and communication skills for working with subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Ability to stay accountable and deliver under pressure to strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and ISO/RTO compliance frameworks.
