A growing renewable energy business in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to support the delivery of solar PV and PV-plus-storage projects. This is a hands-on role covering project planning, budgets, schedules, permits, procurement, documentation, and construction support from concept through closeout.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, customers, subcontractors, vendors, engineering partners, and field teams to keep projects moving on time and within budget. The role includes regular site visits, coordination with Hawaiian Electric and county permitting teams, and use of project management systems such as Procore.

What we’re looking for

• 3–5 years of project management experience in construction, electrical, or renewable energy.

• Experience with commercial solar PV and/or BESS preferred.

• Strong budget, schedule, subcontractor, and document control skills.

• Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software.

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.

• Valid Hawaii driver’s licence and reliable transportation required.
