A growing international renewable energy business is seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager to support its expanding U.S. operations. This is a hands-on role with broad responsibility across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and day-to-day HR support.

The successful candidate will be a strong relationship builder with practical HR experience, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance both strategic and operational priorities. This role will work closely with leadership and employees across the organisation to help build a positive, high-performing workplace.

What you’ll do

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment across a range of business functions.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and other channels.

  • Coordinate interviews and support a strong candidate experience.

  • Manage communication with candidates, hiring teams, and external recruiters where needed.

  • Act as a first point of contact for employee relations matters.

  • Support resolution of workplace issues with consistency, fairness, and professionalism.

  • Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local employment laws.

  • Support onboarding, performance management, HR operations, and policy improvement.

  • Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across corporate and technical roles.

  • Confidence handling sensitive employee relations issues.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, adaptable, and service-oriented approach.
