The position offers considerable autonomy and regular exposure to hiring managers and employees across the U.S. organization.

The Role

  • Recruit across engineering, project delivery, development, finance and other corporate functions
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and translate requirements into effective searches
  • Keep recruitment processes moving efficiently while providing a strong candidate and hiring-manager experience
  • Support HR compliance requirements across a multi-state U.S. workforce
  • Provide practical support on everyday employee and workplace matters
  • Contribute to onboarding, performance processes and wider HR initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across the business through regular face-to-face interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Track record recruiting professional, technical or project-based positions
  • Experience working within an established organization of 50+ employees
  • Exposure to HR compliance across multiple U.S. states
  • Practical understanding of U.S. employment practices and day-to-day employee matters
  • Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Able to manage recruitment processes independently and execute at pace
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Renewable energy experience would be useful but is not required
  • Experience within engineering, construction, infrastructure, energy or another technical environment would transfer well
