Climate17 is proud to partner with an established renewable energy developer and EPC delivering solar projects across the Northeast. As the business continues to grow its project portfolio, it is looking for a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to provide essential administrative and project support across the construction lifecycle. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone with construction administration experience who enjoys working across project documentation, subcontractor coordination, billing, compliance and closeout activities.

Your Opportunity
As Construction Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and project support to Project Managers, Superintendents and wider construction teams. You will help keep project documentation, subcontractor records, billing, compliance requirements and closeout activities organised and up to date. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment where accuracy and communication are important.
Key Responsibilities

Support Project Managers with contracts, change orders, submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, reports, QA/QC and safety documentation

Prepare, process and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate communication with subcontractors and vendors and support the preparation and receipt of bid packages

Maintain accurate electronic project files and track contract, insurance, certification and compliance documentation

Support subcontractor and owner billing, including invoices, lien waivers and related compliance records

Assist with project setup, site mobilisation, equipment tracking and other project logistics

Support project closeout by coordinating the collection and organisation of required documentation, including O&M manuals and quality records

Facilitate project meetings, including preparing materials, recording minutes and tracking action items

Support effective use of Procore and help maintain consistent project administration processes
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or qualifications in construction, business or a related field are advantageous

3+ years of construction administration or project coordination experience

Experience supporting construction projects, ideally within renewable energy, solar, EPC or a related environment

Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with project teams, subcontractors and vendors

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience using Procore

Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
