With 17 years of experience headhunting and talent sourcing for purpose-driven businesses, I lead Climate17’s teams across North America.

I work with a selection of leading renewable energy multinationals plus an exciting network of start-ups and boutiques. My clients are my partners, I advocate and consult for them, market them within my networks, ensure they are connected and able to attract the industry’s leading talent in the most competitive of markets. I’m at a point in my career where I can focus my energy on those clients I believe in, those where we can make a positive and prolonged impact on climate change through their renewable energy projects.

My experience covers a broad range of technologies, including solar, energy storage, offshore and onshore wind, as well as power-to-X (specifically Green Hydrogen). My team and I recruit across the full project lifecycle from early-stage development through to O&M. We’re embedded in the renewables industry with partnerships and networks, we can regularly be found attending and sponsoring conferences.

Within my background I’ve developed new teams, new ventures and my own business. The insights gained mean that I’m sensitive to how critical early-stage hires are - finding the right balance of skillset, mindset and culture-fit for your team. I bring an award-winning search and selection methodology to ensure businesses meet their future targets and individuals find the best role to meet their personal goals and ambitions. 

I’m excited about the future at Climate17, the positive impact we’re making in and outside of recruitment. As a dual Australian national, I’ve seen the extremes of climate from bushfires and flooding to coral bleaching and the effects on sea and wildlife. I now live regionally with my wife, child and greyhound and believe we have a responsibility to improve our relationship with the planet. My goal is to help those businesses and people leading the charge in the most influential country, the US.
