I am delighted to be heading up Climate17’s offering in the USA where we are helping renewable energy companies find the best talent for their future projects and growth.

With 15 years of recruitment experience in purpose-driven, and applicant-scarce markets, I bring an innovative and personal search and selection methodology to help both businesses meet their future targets and individuals find the best role to meet their personal goals and ambitions.

Throughout my career, I have focused on challenging markets where I can make a lasting social or environmental impact. Having initially helped UK and NHS services find mental health specialists, I moved to Australia to help outback regional and remote communities attract surgeons and senior consultant doctors. Bringing a project-based and long-term ethos, we worked with CEOs and MDs to meet long-term future treatment plans to ensure continuity of care for vulnerable communities.

In the last decade, I’ve seen the increasing extremes of climate first-hand in Australia. From devastating bushfires to widespread flooding, regular extreme weather events, and the bleaching of the Great Barrier Reef, the escalation of climate change could not be more apparent. Decarbonisation is critical for the planet’s future, so I am aligning my future with Climate17 to help those businesses and people leading the charge. At Climate17, the team’s passion, values, and mission are clear. I am excited to add my energy to both the team and our US clients.
