David is a seasoned recruitment leader who has specialised in clean energy and sustainability markets since 2007.

As Co-Founder of Climate17, David oversees and mentors the sales and operational teams, ensuring high performance and continuous development. He drives the implementation of training programs, sets performance goals, and regularly monitors progress to maintain a motivated engaged workforce. David is committed to fostering a positive, inclusive company culture that upholds core values and promotes employee satisfaction.

We tried to ensure that what our employees wanted from an office space was at the heart of our renovation decisions. We utilised the new space for the type of business that we are as well as importantly take steps to make it sustainable.

This year I invested in a project in the local community – a theatre-themed café, which also has a 90-seat studio theatre called The Black Cherry.
