We are looking for a Sustainability Coordinator to join the team and help in enhancing environmental performance and social impact, critical to the long-term success of this sustainable business, and significantly imacting the UK's landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sustainability Impact Analysis: Assess the sustainability impact across various sectors including carbon, biodiversity, and human rights.
  • Programme Support: Aid in the management of Carbon Transition and other sustainability programmes.
  • Project Management: Oversee sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with commitments and operational feasibility.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Manage sustainability data, focusing on KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external parties to implement sustainability initiatives.
  • Process Development: Contribute to the improvement of sustainability frameworks and reporting automation.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience in sustainability, preferably in construction or similar industries.
  • Skills in greenhouse gas reporting and transition plan development.
  • TCFD reporting knowledge is desirable.
  • Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and autonomous working style.
