Our client has been installing renewable energy infrastructures in the domestic and commercial sectors for over ten years, specialising in rooftop solar PV systems and EV charging points as well as LED Lighting upgrades and Commercial fitouts.
They are currently looking to add a skilled Renewables Installation Engineer to work on Commercial and Industrial-scale projects as well as smaller domestic installation as required.
Responsibilities
- Installation and occasional maintenance of Renewable systems and/or EV charge points
- Installation and/or upgrade on commercial LED lighting systems
- Working in line with company H&S guidelines
- Occasional working away from home on larger projects (accommodation provided)
- Ability to work remotely and as part of a wider team depending on the needs of each individual project
- Ensuring that high standards of work are maintained
Requirements
- Strong technical, interpersonal and administrative skills
- NVQ L3/C&G p1&2 Electrician
- 18th wiring edition
- C&G 2391 inspection and testing
- CSCS Card
- IPAF/PASMA Preferable
- MCS accredited solar PV installer (desirable)
- C&G 2399 solar PV course (or equivalent; desirable)
- Full UK Driving License (company vehicle supplied; essential)
