Your Opportunity:
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly expanding US team within a globally respected renewable energy organization. As a Project Developer, you will take ownership of utility-scale renewable energy projects from greenfield development through Notice to Proceed (NTP). Focusing on projects in the ERCOT, MISO, PJM and SPP markets, you will play a pivotal role in advancing clean energy solutions and shaping a sustainable future..

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of utility-scale solar, wind, BESS, and green hydrogen projects in the PJM and SPP markets, from concept to NTP.
  • Oversee permitting, land acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and other key development processes.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and technical due diligence for project viability.
  • Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and financial models to support investment decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts with landowners, utilities, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project handoff to the construction phase.
 
What you Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-7 years of experience managing renewable energy projects from greenfield to NTP, preferably in ERCOT, MISO, PJM and/or SPP markets.
  • Strong expertise in project permitting, land acquisition, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
