This is a small but growing business specialist transport planners, flood risk consultants and highway and infrastructure engineers which form an experienced and dynamic team to be a part of.
They adopt a partnership approach with their clients that last and they are delivering on many projects of all sizes UK wide currently out of their office in Bristol.
There is a requirement within the business currently to take on a Principal or Associate level Transport planner to deliver projects with some key clients (at Associate Grade you would be expected to win work as well). This person is also coming in to help manage the team on a day-to-basis, providing resource and project management, mentoring and training of more junior staff, client management and development, and quality checking of reports.
This is an exciting and innovative role where you can have real input into the strategic growth decisions of the team and get involved in staff interviews and reviews as a senior figure in the business.
This role has genuine progression to become a Technical Director for the business and the current directors of the business are keen to support and mentor this person to get there.
