Our client is an established international renewable energy development and EPC company. The business has over 50 years in the industry, with Solar, Wind, Battery Storage and Hydrogen projects ranging across the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, Latin America and The Middle East. At present, the company has over 2GW installed across 3 continents for major clients such as Lightsource, Iberdrola, Cobra, and EDP. It employs over 500 people globally.

📌 Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure smooth daily office operations, including administrative and organisational support.
- Manage schedules and meetings for the Country Manager.
- Coordinate and plan company events and internal activities.
- Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Handle day-to-day operations directly with the Country Manager, supporting decision-making and task management.
- Assist with office supplies management, travel arrangements, and office equipment maintenance.

📌 Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Renewable energies background (desirable).
