Head of Corporate and IT Services

Cheltenham
London

Permanent

Competitive salary

The Head of Corporate and IT Services is a new role which will be responsible for the management of the Offices, and IT functions and will play a crucial role in ensuring that they act as an enabler to the rest of the business, aligning activities with key business drivers. The role will also be responsible for the centralised management of our policies, key systems and processes. Innova prides itself on its people and promotes continuous learning and development.  This is an excellent opportunity to play a fundamental role in strengthening this critical department at the same time as building a career in a company that values its people.

This role requires a candidate with strong emotional intelligence and experience in developing managers across different functions (the team comprises 5 members, including 2 direct reports).  The Head of Corporate and IT Services will report into one of our joint CEOs and ensure the smooth functioning of the department, while also contributing to the overall success of the company.

This role is ideally Cheltenham based role, with some travel to our London office, however we would consider a London based candidate who could travel to Cheltenham on a weekly basis.  We operate a hybrid working model to allow greater flexibility to our employees.  It is anticipated that this role will require a minimum 2 days in the office.
