Key Responsibilities
- Lead Projects: Drive wind energy projects from concept to commercial operation.
- Manage Permitting: Ensure all environmental and regulatory approvals are secured.
- Engage Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with landowners, communities, and agencies.
- Financial Analysis: Evaluate project viability and prepare investment proposals.
- Oversee Development: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure Compliance: Handle technical assessments and regulatory compliance.
- Mitigate Risks: Identify and address project risks with contingency plans.
- Report Progress: Update senior management on key milestones and financial performance.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in wind energy project development.
- Strong project management and stakeholder negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and economic analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Willingness to travel for project sites and meetings.
