Climate17 have partnered exclusively with one of the UK's leading Solar O&M businesses, who currently manage over 1.6GW of solar assets across the UK.

They are looking to add an Account Manager to their growing team to be responsible for providing strategic information to the Head of Commercial about new trends and market conditions within the Solar O&M industry.

Location: Work from home (with occasional travel)

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining issues list for each client and sponsoring progress on these issues with the business
  • Developing client account management plans alongside Sales department
  • Implementing client account management plans
  • Reporting on updates and providing reports to the clients
  • Responsible for client retention
  • Working with other members of the team to win new work
  • Contract reviews with the client
  • Understanding all contractual obligations
  • Reporting additional costs to clients
  • Presenting new services and ideas to clients
  • Attending team meetings and representing the view of the client at these meetings
  • Representing the company at external meetings
  • Contributing to overall business marketing strategy
  • Attending client meetings, calls, and site visits as required



Requirements

  • Experience of the solar industry - Essential
  • Experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience of managing relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated and resilient with excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent IT skills especially Excel and Word
  • Contractually competent
  • An understanding of technical issues, KPIs and SLAs
  • Be financially literate
  • You will be a completer/finisher
